Air-pressure for the tire
The most important factors for maintaining the tire is using the suitable air-pressure. There aren’t any tires or tubes could hold the air permanently. To prevent any accident that could occur when the air-pressure is low, you must check and inflate the tire regularly because the air-pressure is vital for the tire’s capability, durability and affect to the performance.
The under standard air-pressure makes the tire sink too much which increases the heat, steering resistance and wear out early. In the worse case, the tire will be damaged and burst.
On the other hand, the over standard air-pressure will increase the vehicle speed, acceleration and better steering because the air-pressure lift the vehicle up from the road but reduces the grip, causing the vehicle easy to slip when driving on the wet road. It also make the tire oddly wear out, especially at the drive shaft position.
– Inflating the tire with suitable air-pressure, you should consider the truck’s weight, loading weight, speed and the road condition for the safely driving.
– As for the safety, you should follow the manual, compare the air-pressure with the tire size and measure the weight of each axle when loading.
– Inflating the tire or measure the air-pressure, should do when the tire is cool and the measuring device should be precisely accurate, including follow the instruction of the device.
– The valve concealment is for reassuring that the valve was tightly closed and also protecting the valve core. The valve stem should be appropriately applied and might be necessary for measuring the air-pressure of the twin wheels.
The advice for inflating the truck tire
Inflating the tire is not fixed that how much air-pressure is suitable but depends on the work and the tire’s position. If it is in the drive shaft position, you could use the air-pressure from 85 – 100 psi by the tire’s size. If it is for the trailer which have to take the heavy load, must increase the air-pressure from 100 – 125 psi by the tire’s size. The air-pressure could be 130 psi for the large tire and loading for more than 10 tons.

– Don’t flat your tire when it is hot or just parking for a minute.
– Should not overload the tire’s weight standard. If you don’t know, you should ask the professional or contact the tire manufacturer of the brand you are using.
The advice for safely inflating the tire
- Always inflate the tire in the inflatable stall.
- Always take the coil out before inflating the tire.
- Don’t be in the blast radius while inflating the tire.
- Wear boots and safety glasses while disassembling and assembling the tire.
- The air-pressure should not be over the capability to take the pressure of the wheel.
- Hands and feet must not be in the inflatable stall.
- Stop inflating the tire immediately if you notice some strange noises which could indicate the abnormality of the tire.
After taking the coil out, fill a little bit air in the tire while the tire lying on the floor.
For making the tire edge closer to the wheel edge, fill the air in while
the tire are lying down, just only 5 psi or 0.34 bar
Move the tire into the standard inflatable stall to fill more
air-pressure in the tire at 20 psi or 1.38 bar. Listen to the strange
noise while inflating the tire.
When the air-pressure is at 20 psi or 1.38 bar, check the tire if it got a leak or not.
The strange noise and waving stripe that happened on the tire
indicate that it was damaged and should not standing too close to
the tire while inflating the tire because it could be dangerous.
When the air-pressure reached the suitable level, put the new coil in
and close the valve concealment.
Warning : Choosing the wrong tire or disassembling-assembling the tire in the wrong process. It could be fatally dangerous. As for your safety, you should follow the advice for choosing the tire, disassembling-assembling the tire, using the tire and maintaining the tire as in the manual.

Inflating the tire that drove without the air or had too little air inside (80 percent or lesser) that tire could be damaged on the inside and could be burst while doing the process. The flat tire should be thoroughly checked on the inside before using it again.
